• How can I receive the invoice for the tax deduction?

The invoice will be sent by e-mail within 72 working hours from the fulfillment (= shipment) of the order. The invoice is sent to all customers (individuals, companies, freelancers, etc.) and it is not necessary to request it from customer service.

• What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer and many other payment methods. Cash on delivery (cash on delivery) accepted.

• Does the product come with original box?

All products are shipped individually sealed and in original boxes.

• When will my shipment be processed?

We need 48 working hours to prepare and pack the goods. In case of delays and special situations, our customer service will send you an email. Once the goods have been shipped you will be sent an email with the tracking number.

• Which courier do you use to ship my package?

How long will the shipment take to arrive at its destination? Shipping time varies depending on the shipping country. We use for express delivery with tracking number: GLS. Shipping is free throughout Italy.
